INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

(ex Legislative Decree 196/2003 and EU Regulation 679/2016)
 
 ABREX-SYSTEM S.R.L.  thanking you for the interest and trust shown in its services, it informs you that it is the Data Controller - pursuant to articles 4 and 28 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 Privacy Code (hereinafter "Code"), and articles 4  , n.  7) and 24 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 relating to the protection of individuals (hereinafter, the "Regulation") - of personal data concerning you.


 1. Object of treatment and data source.
 The object of the processing is the personal data (by way of example and not exhaustively, name, surname, company name, contact details, addresses, e-mail address) provided by you.
 Primary purposes of treatment.
 ABREX-SYSTEM S.R.L.  will process your data primarily for registration on the portal and for the use of the related services, including the possibility of managing the products made available, that is for the purposes strictly connected with the performance of the contractual activity and functional to the fulfillment of the  obligations deriving from the contract, as well as to fulfill pre-contractual, tax and other obligations established by law, by a regulation, by EU legislation or by an order of the Authority (such as for example in the matter of anti-money laundering) and to exercise the rights of the  Owner, such as the right to defense in court.


 2. Secondary treatment - marketing purposes.
 ABREX-SYSTEM S.R.L.  will process your data in a secondary way to pursue commercial promotion, advertising communication, solicitation of purchase behavior, market research, surveys (including by telephone, online or through forms), statistical processing, other marketing sample searches in the sense  side of products and / or services related to ABREX-SYSTEM SRL, cd  treatment for marketing purposes.  By giving consent to the treatment for marketing purposes, the interested party specifically acknowledges the promotional, commercial and marketing purposes and expressly authorizes said treatment.  You can be contacted by e-mail, sms, or through any equivalent electronic tool or by paper mail or call via operator to all the addresses provided.  If you prefer to be contacted only to one or some of these addresses, you can make an express request through the form that will be made available to you.  In compliance with current legislation, it should be noted that consent for marketing purposes must be expressed, documented, preventive and completely optional.


 3. Communication and transfer of data.
 ABREX-SYSTEM S.R.L.  may also communicate and / or transfer your data to public administrations or to other entities provided for by law or regulation for the primary processing purposes indicated in point 2.
 ABREX-SYSTEM S.R.L.  will communicate your data to the appointed Data Processors.

 4. Processing methods and retention period of personal data. ABREX-SYSTEM S.R.L.  informs that the processing of your data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and may also be carried out through automated methods suitable for storing, managing and transmitting them and will take place using suitable tools, as far as reason and state of the art are concerned, to guarantee  security and confidentiality through the use of appropriate procedures that avoid the risk of loss, unauthorized access, illegal use and disclosure.
 With reference to the personal data being processed for marketing purposes, the same will be kept in compliance with the principle of proportionality and in any case until the purposes of the processing have been pursued or until - if previously - the withdrawal of the specific consent takes place  by the interested party.  After this deadline, the data will be destroyed or made anonymous.
 Personal data are stored on the internal server.

 6. Rights of the interested parties and methods of exercise.
 Pursuant to article 7 of the Privacy Code and pursuant to articles 13, paragraph 2, letters (b) and (d), 15, 16, 17 18, 19, 20 and 21 of the Regulation, the interested party is informed that  :
 a) has the right to ask the Data Controller to access personal data, correct or delete them or limit their processing or to oppose their processing, as well as request data portability in the cases provided;
 b) has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, following the procedures and indications published on the official website of the Authority on www.garanteprivacy.it;
 c) any corrections or cancellations or limitations of the processing carried out at the request of the interested party - unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort - will be communicated by the Company to each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted.  The Company may communicate these recipients to the interested party if the interested party requests it.
 The exercise of rights is not subject to any form constraint and is free of charge.
