Terms and Conditions of Warranty

The warranty regulates all the tools or equipment we produce and / or treat and divided by us into families:

• Cordless tools (BLUE color)
• Pneumatic tools (ORANGE color)
• Electrical tools and equipment (YELLOW color)
• Hydraulic equipment (GREEN color)

It has a duration of 1 year and becomes 2 years if the tool / equipment is registered within 30 days from the date of purchase.

The warranty for industrial applications is 1 year.

Each tool / equipment must be registered individually on the website www.abrex-system-tools.com.

The warranty relating to tools and equipment covers all manufacturing defects and any defective materials with which they are built.

For the warranty to be valid, the defective or malfunctioning parts must be kept and sent after communication.

The warranty does not cover the tool or appliance in the following cases:

• Subjected to accidental knocks or falls
• Transport damage
• Improper use in unsuitable environments and exposed to extreme temperatures
• Damage caused by the use of non-original accessories
• Lack of tool lubrication (in the case of pneumatic tools)
• Details of the tool or equipment subject to wear
• Maintenance by third parties and / or by centers not authorized by the manufacturer
• Malfunctions due to tampering with the tool or appliance by the customer and / or third parties

Repairs carried out under the guarantee do not extend the guarantee period.

NOTE on the Safety Regulations for defective products related only to products defined by us in YELLOW color.

The CEI 107/43/44 safety regulation resolves that:

"Conception electric tools are composed of an electrical part and a mechanical part which, in normal operation, must act simultaneously. During the repair of a tool, after checking the failure and then removing the parts deemed defective, it is necessary to reassemble and test it with great care and precision. In the event that the repair is NOT carried out, following a customer request (for example, QUOTE NOT ACCEPTED), the tool MUST BE NECESSARILY RETURNED DISASSEMBLED. This procedure dictated by the CEI 107/43/44 safety standard is essential to guarantee the safety of users, given that a reassembled but not repaired tool would not guarantee the necessary electrical insulation. In conclusion, always having to protect and guarantee adequate safety for users, we will scrupulously comply with the aforementioned provisions."

The aforementioned legislation will be extended by us to other tools in our range.

By not accepting the estimate, the tool will be returned disassembled as required by the CEI 107/43/44 safety regulation.

Please note that NOT ACCEPTING THE REPAIR AND RETURNING THE TOOL will in any case result in a flat-rate charge of € 30.00 + VAT in addition to the normal shipping costs.
